Chiang Rai is finally reached by train! This venue offers services in the form of Chiang Rai Province's first train library. Established by the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization established in 2010, the Train Library provides the public and students with research and education resources. It encourages a passion for reading and making the most of leisure time. Inside modified train bogies, books in various genres—including history, literature, philosophy, religion, skill development, language, social science, science, and technology—are organized in the standard library system.

The train library is currently situated across from the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization School, close to the provincial stadium in Chiang Rai.
