Isabel Sicat is a designer and co-founder of TOQA, a Manila-based fashion studio creating "uniforms for everyday adventure." A graduate of the Brown-RISD Dual Degree Program, she was named in Forbes Asia’s “30 Under 30” list for Art & Style. Her design philosophy draws from her love of sport and the relaxed glamour of resorts, emphasizing comfort, movement, and functionality. TOQA’s Sport Resort methodology champions sustainability through innovative textile treatments on original and rescued fabrics. TOQA collaborates with artists and organizations to innovate with vernacular textiles, inspired by local environments, and stories of place and belonging. Isabel lives and works in Manila.
